Whatever... I was going to help you more to get you up and running but with an attitude like yours who needs it... I can find better things to do with my time...

BTW, the charger IS universal (at least mine is) but yours has the wrong plugs... it could have 2 round plugs (German and other European countries), or a UK plug, or a Australian plug, or a US plug. But every charger that I have ever seen on any phone or tablet is a 110-240 universal charger. Why don't you post a picture of the plug.

BTW, the reason why you are getting the folders it is because you plugged it to your computer so the Nokia goes into a USB-Computer host mode.
