Margaret, yes, exercise, physical and mental, is the best thing for you along with good eating habits including vitamins. Some of the techs did well today but Intel had was disappointing again. It is getting harder to stay upbeat. But I just keep telling myself that Intel has more than doubled since last October. Not all my stocks have done this.
