Two, it came with the wrong charge plugs. You know perfectly well that I live in the US of A. I mean, check my mailing address, right? OK, so what did you do? You sent me a Japanese version of the Nokia 808, with its useless to me Japanese charge plugs, Japanese instructions, a useless other plug which "should" make it work in the US but does NOT - see the attached iPhone images I made, while I wait FOREVER, for the firmware to update on the Nokia 808…
Next time, please DO try to satisfy your customers. I'm THIS CLOSE to returning this tool you sold me, for the wrong part of the planet, with the wrong accessories.
