Just as a point of reference, I've gone through hell trying to order or set up Apple stuff the first few days they come out. But... These guys should ALL do the updates BEFORE they ship a brand new product. It's like consumer marketing 101, you don't sell a car that is under recall, you don't sell a coffee maker that needs repair. Only the "high tech" industry gets away with this chit, but they all do it.
