Had to get my 2 cents in here: web-star.com Terry, Appreciate your Thanksgiving wishes. Hope you and the rest of the SIers experience a great Thanksgiving, too. We've much to be thankful for and much more to do..... Rick, The point of obtaining as many minority-shareholder commitments as possible is not to sanction my strategies to Zenith's recovery. We're doing this to send a statement to LGE that Zenith's minority shareholders want representation on the Board of Directors, are alert to the possiblities of a similar Samsung/AST Research scenario and can contribute much to the recovery of Zenith. We want to make this a win/win situation but are preparing ourselves for any eventuality. Get it? Personally, I have confidence in Pete Willmott and John Koo that they will find a world-class CEO to head Zenith and that Zenith will remain an independent US corporation. It's in the self interest of all concerned.
