BERG took it BK with a 13million first quarter???? he must need a huge write off for the billion he.s gonna make on the sale of mission west coming shortly eh??? .......or somebody mite buy the company for the patents......so a wipe out of stock holders is a must to get the write off......then he owns it all .....and after the bk is over ....keeps it private for awhile then the ipo..........the billion from the MSW sale some goes into VLNC ......wat a neet package.......and nobody saw this kind chit as possible..... finance.yahoo.com
