ON the Baird call (5/8) I think it was the CFO presenting and she indicated early 2013 (I double checked its about 17 minutes in). Given she is finance I guess she may not be the best source. Thought I heard it somewhere else too but don't recall where.

I think you have enough of a lead that a delay into early '13 may not hurt you who knows it could miss and (for UTEC at least) a delay into 2013 will be good :-).
