I was shacking my head when I heard that story.

They can go around and play their games without being held accountable for their actions. It reminds me of Dan Derdorf(sp?) when he used to come on CNBC and hype or slam stocks. There was an SEC investigation regarding being paid by certain brokers so Dan retired.

TER denies the report and says that there could be push-outs but in will probably be in the 6% range if any. With such a strong BTB and backlog, it's madness. The mentality is get out first regardless, then buy back.
