Interesting you should point that out. I've been thinking back on companies that were in deep doodoo, yet made it back out. Apple comes to mind, first. What happened when Jobs took over, again? He spilled the beans. He told the whole truth and nothing but the truth: Apple sucks and it'll die unless we succeed with A, B, C and D. Stock went up and kept going up, cause he executed, perfectly, on all points.

Elop is not Jobs. Actually, Elop is anti-Jobs. Nokia results since he took over speak for themselves, no matter how much lipstick he puts on the golden pig he's killing.
