Dale:

I'll be interested in Steve's answer as I've watched the action as a warrant is called in a number of cases. Presently, TRIBY is another one where, like BNGO, the stock's price has been dropping like an option that is about to expire. (TRIBY's warrents no longer trade, but may be converted up to this coming Friday.) Last summer I watched TERA and some others as their warrents were called and expired, but I don't know if there is a consistent pattern. My thought is that it may not be MMs, but rather stockholders selling to raise cash to exercise their warrents. Or it could be an arbitrage by someone with a lot more $$ than me.

Happy Thanksgiving Steve and everyone. This is a great thread, for which I'm thankful.

Peace and Justice --- Patrick
