you are free to conclude what you want from the graph.

I made the point that Obama has failed in his leadership role... And then used the following factual example :

The house GOP has shown leadership by sending 40 some pieces of legislation into the black hole aka the Reid Senate. Why has the Reid Senate, who works for O, been given a pass ?

Obama's job, IMO , is to lead by working with both houses for the betterment of our country. He has failed by every available measurement.

Your graph does not dispute my point re O's failed leadership.
