You're a repetitive fool if you think Romney would repeat what all or almost all the candidates said 10/11/11 in a debate forum. It would cost Romney millions of votes and perhaps the election. Plenty of people think Bernanke has done an excellent job, and those people would not vote for a candidate who would fire Bernanke before his term is over. You want him to start his term with a Constitutional crisis? With a vacancy at the Fed?
