the obvious solution for pretium and seabridge is a joint takeout of teuton... bidding against each other would be counterproductive and costly.....it would overcome a good part of the dilution problem such a takeover would entail... amk's claim to treaty creek and the court case would be the wild card as far as treaty creek goes but the high property is worth some part of the risk they would take
