Hello, Mr. Mills:

Glad to have you join the SI shareholders here. I have been following PMRY for two years now and happy to see the great stock performance so far. When I first found out about PMRY, I told myself that I probably have found a computer Wal-mart of the 90s, but in its infancy. I have been really impressed with the effective manner the management team has digested those small regional firms acquired, and fully appreciate your strategy in concentrating on middle to small towns (like Wal-Mart). Congratulate you of moving up to the 5th position in competitive size from the tenth in less than 2 years.

However, I have a lot of concerns too. I hope you can answer some of those.

1. Why PMRY never told us the details of those acquisition agreement ? Everytime I see such an announcement, it make me feel nevervous because anybody would have a great chance to over pay it those days. Knowing more details would give more trasparency.

2. Computer sales are subject to boom and burst cycles, even more than the retail business. The last corporate boom started in 1995 seems to end now. Are we entering a burst cycle now while most corporates are fully equipped with all the computers they need ? What's your belief in the general industry condition for the next five years to come ? Is PMRY going to be a pure maint. and system upgrade firm in the future ?
