Do you have any facts to back up your claim ? GOP always pushes through banking deregulation and easy credit when in charge. I would say with these record low interest rates it would be even easier this time. As to wars GOP more than ever now given Israel and the Zionist super pac doners will want to double down on what has occurred post 9/11. The only thing I wrestle with is could Obama have diverted funds from the military industrial complex (built up from $270B a year to a trillion under Bush) in order to spur growth and better multiplier domestically without tipping us into depression the critical years post 2008. Also how much can a second Obama administration actually cut the bloated MIC budget anyway given even his secretary of defense claims we can't cut much fat..
