I geuss I should answer your question about what IL stands for. When you know the mechanics and dynamics behind the IL and are able to construct it on any uptrending stock at anytime, you will look at it and say to yourself, "It's impossible for this stock to go there". IL stands for...Impossible Line.

The funny thing is, stocks do occassionally go there.
