It has been three years since my client was involved with this company. I watch the Internet chatlines which relate to his portfolio - this company and other which were the trade of one promoter - Jim King, Jim King (son of) and Lee Chitel ( I will not bother to make an archive search to check spelling) At the time it did amaze me that a corporation could change its stripe and emerge with a new spin and new unit holders. I did review some of the filings of this company three years ago. As an investment vehicle everything has changed but the serial number.
