I am sorry if I offended you Gerald. You seem to be very touchy lately. Ask yourself why IPM is so set on purchasing this property when they don't really have any idea as to how much if any PM's are on the property, and if there are, will they be able to recover them. Any respectable company would do a phased approach to purchasing this property depending on confirmation of metals and recovery. They would also leave themselves an option to cut losses and back out if things look bad. Also they could use a royalty approach. It might very well turn out that the only party to really make big bucks on this whole deal is Omega. At any rate it is not my money that I suggest you follow but I suspect that some of it is yours.
