You people just cannot stand that GWB is so committed to staying above politics.

So, even though he has watched in silence as his successor wrought untold destruction on the country, you draw inferences as to why he may choose not to attend an Obama bash-fest?

Just accept it. GWB is a person of absolute and indisputable quality. He believes he had his eight years, and it is up to the voters to make their decision about whether Obama should be given four more.

Too bad Jimmy Carter didn't do the same.
