Yea, in blue states... out here in the wild west, while there are such things, they've pretty much been given a free ride.

Arizona is a GREAT example. Thanks to the canal project the state exists... and has a real population. The federal government was never paid a jabillionth of the worth of the canal project.

That's called "pork".... thought YOU would know THAT! Kinda funny you're basically saying there is no pork.
