Jay,

I am getting my figures from Briefing.com, which is
confirmed by other Internet sources. So if they've
got it wrong, then of course so will I. The figure
of 24 million shares in IBD (taking your word for it
here) doesn't seem right either as that is what is
listed as total number shares issued in various other
places. Peter.
