We are making incredible Chicken Fajitas tonight. I need to grab some chickens by the breast.

Maybe grab some plum sauce as an added condiment , if you have guests they might appreciate
or some Hosiun Black bean , lime cilantro or tahini sauces , yum ;o)

* Aubergine is considered a berry , not a vegetable just for the record ... which i think just wonderful that we are capable of such finer distinctions when looking out at our world thanks to Science .... a native of India , Aubergine would be a great name change for this sad overpopulated planet and give a better sense of beauty & hope. Its even sweeeter to say when spoken than worm infested "earth" !

The eggplant, aubergine, melongene, brinjal or guinea squash (Solanum melongena) is a plant of the family Solanaceae (also known as the nightshades) and genus Solanum. It bears a fruit of the same name, commonly used in cooking. As a nightshade, it is closely related to the tomato and potato. It is native to India.

The fruit is botanically classified as a
berry and contains numerous small, soft seeds which are edible, but have a bitter taste because they contain nicotinoid alkaloids; this is unsurprising as it is a close relative of tobacco.
