Is Wednesday's late day rally in response to the generic Paclitaxel application sustainable? In reading the PR Newswire I got the impression that the application was accepted on October 7, but Immunex announced only on Nov. 26. Wonder if Bristol-Myers-Squibb is going to fight the application. What bothers me is that Immunex has not responded to the Montgomery downgrade, unlike Centocor where the CEO came out swinging on CNBC the day after the Merill Lynch downgrade on Nov. 10.
