We might have to buy MKE also since they have the right to terminate the reationship in the event of a change of control at Quantum. That may be the only reason someone has not tried a takeover. I wonder if Leon Black (Apollo Management)and Micheal Price are familiar with Quantum and DLT. Perhaps someone should let them know. Nothing like a few large angry shareholders to make things happen.
