Completely agree with you John..

And especially regarding Jon Corzine.. Utterly ridiculous that they haven't properly investigated him by now and brought charges..

But most of all, we have to have that 2005 bankruptcy act revised to undermine the power of CDS to circumvent the bankruptcy process.
