To anyone; this may sound like a dumb question and maybe I'm just looking for a silver lining but if OPEC increases oil production does that also mean they increase drilling and exploration? Are any of their wells offshore and if so could it possibly mean more opportunity for companies we follow here? It seems that I remember reading not to long ago that prices would have to drop below $16 to hurt us, has this perception changed?
