Good points and that is what Bud Paxon said on CNBC the other day. The downgrade may be because as we know and Bud addmited he was shopping around to see what he could get for the network but other people failed to see the true value. He also pointed out that you can't value this network the same a upn or warner brothers it is differant it is a group of small individual stations, upn has 60 people per station pax has about 18 half of those are sales people, he stressed the number of sales people all out signing up local advertising. The whole time during the interview he has that shit eating grin on his face like he is saying someday you guys will understand this is not a traditional network. He was also very high on the government giving a new digital station for every station already owned. This one will take some time to develop and I consider any weakness in the stock price as a buying opp.
