Indeed, very bullish sign. Using Doug's parity breakdown will give us the possible MMs game plans. For this size of a company 5,000+ contracts for any given month is massive. I noticed that VVUS was on the most active option list twice in October. VVUS has become a daytrader's momentum trading stock with wide price swings. Sort reminds me of JMED when it was flying high on the daytrading list.

The December VVUS IO parity is starting to take shape. The largest being the December 27 1/2s @ 5,119 contracts.
