<Our primary enemy in the ME is Iran.>

Yep, and as we suggested years ago one of the biggest problems with IRAQ war was "boy who cried wolf" syndrome in the ME. Wingnutz pound table every 10 mins and when the real wolf is lurking everyone yawns.

Too bad, but luckily even this wolf cant get us, so our role should be limited to helping out local friends in need, like Libya. Thank the lord Obama got elected and the "Obama doctrine" is now in place and can be seen to be working with respect to Libya (real concern, will, and work done by locals with support from us) and Syria (NO local concern, but no will or work being done... so Obama stays out.

Historically going to be seen as HUGE change for the better in foreign policy. PAUL would be even better, and with the way the economy is going here Obama doctrine may morph into something more like Paul (hopefully).
