That is federal money. The "idiots running it" live in DC, take out 21 cents out of every dollar we send them, gives it to the poor in Mississippi as charity , and then sends the other 79 cents back to us. Then, idiots in Mississippi say "keep your government hands off my food stamps and medicaid."
