Tampa PD are some tough dudes I gotta tell ya. Umm, I'm from Chicago. True; I knew a cop guy nicknamed Harley who picked his teeth with a switchblade. All the time. He was famous for kicking the crap out of anyone that looked at him funny. And that was in the suburbs. But I wouldn't know, haven't gotten a traffic ticket in Tampa in 20+ years.
