--OFF TOPIC--Sobano, long time no see, were have you been hiding? David's post was excellent as always in understanding the reason for a reverse split. As for your question on the convertible preferred, no adjustments were seen in the SEC filing only current O/S will be effected by the reverse. I hope your not still holding ISGI. Its going to be a blood bath after the reverse!
