hello c2, as long as gold remains above 1500 i think gold is rather strong under the circumstances now, in a slow motion version of q4 2008 gold may well behave differently than it did back then everyone 'knows' the weaker euro states may well go down for the count. should the weaklings do as expected, 'everyone' is positioned in alignment w/ expectation. nearly time to shift attention away from inconsequential spain and already down-n-out greece to something bigger, much bigger italy? france? germany? ... or bigger still? as long as paper monies reign, the biggest shall not fall, and so france, uk, germany, japan, china, usa shall not fall until and unless one or more of the central banks break rank with the printers. there is no danger of rank breaking just now. in the mean time china tries to save greece bloomberg.com and china buys canada finance.yahoo.com we shall go to paris this day to do i haven't a clue what, and shall do so for three days before retreating back to the castle and greet visiting friends over food and drinks maybe i can even get some work done. i would say my productivity is at about 1/10 of what it would be in hk (i understand a seriously heavy typhoon just hit hk). jack tend to daze on road trips but re-starts easily after a shot of orange or apple juice erita is getting the hang of this place (but truthfully too quiet and idle for my taste. if i were living here i would need to take up writing whodungit books)
