I wonder if it would be logical, given SOLP's very high growth rate, to assume that additional shares would actually be beneficial as a good, reasonable, float allows institutions to buy. They will not take much of a position with limited shares outstanding. Management personnel all buy/sell company stock at times, taking advantage of options, or personal requirements, etc, etc. This should not have a detrimental effect upon stock price as it is old news and passe.
