C.W.,

Thanks for your response.

I'm not so certain that EPS is "a direct function of
gross revenues." To the best of my knowledge, EPS
is calculated on the basis of net income, which, of
course, includes administrative expenses.

Do I feel that Don Kushner and Peter Locke over-
compensate themselves in light of the company's
earnings? Yeah...I do.

But let me rephrase my question to you in this manner:
What specific performance criteria would it take in
order for you to acknowledge the kind of management
you'd like to see at KLOC?

As a (long) shareholder, I'd sure like to see an
increase in share price. But I surely acknowledge
that such increases are not necessarily attributable
to great leadership/management. So I'm asking you...
what would it take to get your nod?

I'm off for the mountains. Happy Thanksgiving to you
and all the other readers of this thread!

Ron
