I'm not arguing that 808 is a great camera+phone. Just saying that it can't zoom to 30x or 42x. :) And unfortunately it costs more than superzoom or even entry level 4/3 or DSLR. But yeah, I'm thinking whether I want something like this for pocketable use.

However, I usually don't snap on the streets like you do, so for me having a great pocketable camera+phone is not high on the list. :) I would buy it if it was WP and if it was heavily subsidized for $200 with reasonable contract... maybe. My phone's camera is used mostly for taking photos of the stuff I am thinking of buying so I don't forget and/or remember prices in one store vs others.

Different strokes and all that. :)
