Chart says its going lower... PSAR flipped yesterday... and other chart indicators say the market wind is already out of their sails... Whether NOK succeeds or not... and I'm not betting they will, yet... it appears their effort in trying is going to test others confidence and cash... Who "wins" in a gas war... isn't the right question ?
