No spin required.

I visited the MRF this afternoon and saw a lot of plastic bagged and tagged by source, type, and weight.

There were bags of shredded plastic labeled Plum Rose and a number of other sources. There were bags of shredded fuel tank plastic, rolls of agricultural plastic netting waiting to be shredded, etc.

I saw a large number of the plastic container boxes full of shredded plastic of the type shown in the AGM slides as well as several trailers full of bags of shredded plastic.

The CEO's comments were those of a seasoned businessman. He said that plastic has a cost at the point of going into the processor. That cost can be quantified as the shredding and transportation borne by JBI after the plastic is delivered. He said that if the company can buy shredded plastic of the optimum type delivered to the company at a cost lower than the cost the company bears to produce the same plastic, processor ready, then the company would consider buying that plastic.

Sounds like good business analysis to me.

What do you think?
