I think you were too dreamy-eyed to ask the question of how much it currently actually costs to procure the needed plastic.

You were told a generic statement that the cheapest way to procure plastic would be taken and you swooned and said, "Sounds like good business analysis to me!!!" (exclamation points added to your statement because I'm sure you intended a more exciting form of punctuation than just a period.)
