There were two days in early September with ober one million traded. I would guess that the shares where sold then. There was no hugh drop in stock price then so maybe we will see another filing soon with another large shareholder. Perhaps the new management team each bought most of the shares for their individual accounts. I don't recall seeing anything about company purchases or authorizations.

I don't know how long an indidual has to file a S13 but I assume it must be done within three months. At today's price it is not too difficult to accumulate 5%, so I would expect to see some more filing soon anyway.
