SystemWizard To Include "Support On Site" Multivendor Support Data From Ziff-Davis
Division; SystemSoft's New SystemWizard Will Include Vast Set Of Timely, Comprehensive
Technical Support Resolution Cases From Logical Operations

BOSTON--SystemSoft Corporation (NASDAQ:SYSF) today announced that it has licensed
the Support on Site database of technical support solutions from Logical Operations, a
division of SOFTBANK Corporation's Ziff-Davis Publishing Company. Under the
agreement, SystemSoft will convert the information and embed it in its SystemWizard Client
Knowledge Base.

Logical Operations will provide regular updates as well, which SystemWizard Client users
will be able to access and download by connecting to SystemSoft's own SystemWizard
Server. The Support on Site data will supplement the broad array of support-resolution
cases that leading manufacturers are sharing with SystemSoft as part of its industry-wide
gathering and sharing of support-resolution data.

The Support on Site information licensed by SystemSoft includes more than 140,000
problem-resolution cases on more than 250 multi-vendor software, hardware, and data
communications products. It also includes downloadable drivers, patches, and bug fixes.

Announced today and scheduled to ship to OEMs in July, SystemWizard is SystemSoft's
comprehensive, end-to-end solution for reducing technical-support calls. Through a
simple-to-use end-user application, SystemWizard uses the inherent information contained
in the computer itself to diagnose and automatically resolve most common PC problems. By
clicking on answers to a few simple questions, users can invoke a sophisticated expert
system to quickly diagnose the problem and implement a correction within a few minutes -
without needing to place a call to a manufacturer's technical support hot line. The
SystemWizard solution also includes remote "SystemWizard Servers" that contain
additional, up-to-date resolution sets from industry OEMs, as well as easy tools for entering
new problem/resolution sets as they emerge. The Support on Site data will be included in
initial shipments of SystemWizard.
