instead of QE funds should be allocated to infrastructure projects in a badly maintained infrastructure if on roads ,bridges, airports etc., or power transmission. Building a wide spread NG network and use it for transportation instead of diesel or gasoline will also be very helpful, as NG is so plentiful in the US
