When indeed? It has been over 2 months since the filing that you swore would cut the price of Premier drastically. You stated that anyone who thought that they would not short in advance of the filing was naive. So they have obviously sold their stake long ago. It's really strange that after all this time you rear your ugly head to contradict yourself in this fashion.
