I don't know the exact starting time of DepoCyt's meeting.

The meeting is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 5:05 p.m. at the Holiday Inn on 8120 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda. In the morning the committee will consider a new indication for hydroxyurea. The committee is not scheduled to begin considering DepoCyt until the afternoon.

It is unlikely that the stock will trade at all on that day, because I don't think they can get all of their work on DepoCyt completed before 4 p.m. (especially since they are scheduled to go till 5:05).
