Definitely! We are on a septic system, so we don't pay a sewer/lights/water bill, but we do pay a water bill and it really frosts me. It goes from approx $35 month in the winter to over $110 in the summer. We've cut way back on watering the yard and that helps. I kind of have the attitude if the plant dies because it needs more water than I'm willing to give it, it isn't meant to be in my yard.
