I said nothing about CPR, any one trained can do that. I am talking about MRI, x-ray, untra sonic, various blood treatment machines, heart monitoring machines, defibrillator's, etc. Often the engineers who make them know as much about the medical machines as the doctors. But would likely take a bit longer to make a diagnosis.

BTW pounding the sternum.is not part of CPR. A doctor would know this.
