to: paul A I am a local in Binghamton, NY and a losing investor of SLIC also. A recent article in our paper might be of interest. SLIC may lose their listing on NASDAQ because of one of the following reasons: a. price may fall below $1 b. market capitalization falls below $35 million or c. required $500,000 net income in the latest fiscal year or two of its last 3 years. Burnham is suggesting a profit for next year but the way things are going, it is of doubt. They ar paying people with stock, such as a recently hired public relations firm was paid with 3 year warrants worth 750,000 shares of common. I have tried to email this co with specific questions but get nothing but glowing reports and "spin" from the Communications Director. I really became suspicious of this management team when I recently noticed Burnham's wife is now Vice President of marketing. A real cozy family organization at a good salary?
