Year End Shopping List

Call me early, but I am trying to put together a list of companies that might be good Year End tax-loss sale candidates (ie, people might throw in the towel and take the tax loss, making the stocks a good deal).

I'm looking for reasonably strong companies with good liquidity (in case I am wrong!) that have decent fundamentals, but bad recent (stock) performance, etc.

Old tech seems to be full of these (DELL, HPQ) and even brick and mortar SPLS (and TIF?), maybe OAK.
