Redway has the Humbolt County Hemp Festival every year. I've attended twice, when I lived in S. Cal. It was held in the local community center. All the local growers bring out their best buds for a smackdown. The local police SEEMED to be providing security - as if they know who pays for them. northcoastjournal.com They need some competition!
