Way to go L.D. Don't want to put you down AMF but L.D. has made some very good points in his response. I belive that every Sungold shareholder will agree, without hestitation, that no other stock has tested their patience as much as this one. Perhaps your anger is misdirected. If the VSE would apply the same rules and criteria. for trading. to other companies listed on that exchange then probably half of them would not be allowed to trade. So if you are thinking of hiring a lawyer them it would not be a bad idea to engage one to unearth the other practices such as illegal shortselling which has led to that exchange acquiring a reputation for itself. If you have been followong the events you will understand that Sungold has patiently complied with every request which was put to it by the VSE and yet we are in this situation where the company is seeking listing on another exchange. The management is probably frustrated to a degree that we can only imagine of. So in the meantime sit tight because when it pans out you probably will be laughing all the way to the bank since this stock has tremendous growth possibilities. Azim.
